Swimming Lessons for Kids | Stroke Development Program

Swimming Lessons for Kids http://texasswimacademy.com/

Our swimming lessons are a step-by-step plan of development wherein one skill is built upon another. The skills are practiced repetitively so your child learns each skill to a level of proficiency. We build self-esteem and confidence through repeated success and consistency with their training.
We have broken down the step by step process into six different levels of classes. Age, maturity, physical strength, coordination and skills are all important factors in creating a safe and successful class. The requirements for every level become essential building blocks and bridges to the next skill. We also believe that every child learns at a different pace. There are no time limits for completion for each level. It will be up to your swim instructor to decide which level your child will be in and when they can move to the next level. Swimming is a lifelong activity. We strive to give each child the resources they need to be successful and independent in the water.
Ages 4 and up Requirement: Child must be able to swim 15 feet independently with breath control. An assessment of their skills will be required for newly enrolled swimmers with no charge for the service.

TEXAS SWIM ACADEMY is an infant, child and adult swim lesson facility. The academy strives to introduce children to water at an early age through INFANT AQUATICS, and to fully develop their swim stroke abilities through adulthood through STROKE DEVELOPMENT. Children are taught life saving swim safety skills and have the option to prepare for competitive swim team. Texas Swim Academy also offers PARENT-CHILD CLASSES to grow the bond between parent and child and to provide a seamless, comfortable introduction to water for children.
