Every year, the nation’s top safety and training organizations join together to hold the World’s Largest Swimming Lesson (WLSL). This event was created to help build awareness about the importance of teaching a child to swim to prevent drowning. On June 20, 2014, water parks, pools, and aquatic facilities like Texas Swim Academy participated in this worldwide event that began at 11:00 EST (10:00 CST) in an attempt to break a Guinness World Record. This event is one of the largest promotional events that helps emphasize how important it is that your child learn how to swim. Swimming is a life safety skill that helps prevent the nation’s second leading cause of unintentional death for children ages 1-14. It’s a foundation for staying safe in and around water, whether that’s a pool, beach, lake or bath tub.!

TEXAS SWIM ACADEMY is an infant, child and adult swim lesson facility.
